TOGETHER WITH A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM OF HEALTH SPECIALISTS, WE CREATE AN INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN TO REACH THE GOAL. TARGETED EXERCISE PROGRAMS AND TRAINING SCHEDULES ARE EXPLAINED AND CAN BE CARRIED OUT WITH GUIDANCE. THIS CAN TAKE PLACE IN OUR CLINIC, AT AN (OUTDOOR) LOCATION, OR AT YOUR OWN SPORTS CLUB.
