TRAINING
WE BELIEVE IN A HEALTHY MIND IN A HEALTHY BODY. IF YOU WANT TO BECOME OR STAY HEALTHY AND FIT (E.G., AFTER REHABILITATION) AND FOLLOW GUIDED TRAINING, SPIRIT IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. WE START WITH AN EXTENSIVE SCREENING IN WHICH WE ASSESS PATIENTS AS A WHOLE AND USE STANDARDIZED MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUES TO IDENTIFY BOTH WEAK AND STRONG POINTS. INITIALLY, WE FOCUS ON ACHIEVING A BALANCED BODY AND COACH PATIENTS TO BECOME STRONGER AND FITTER. TARGETED EXERCISE PROGRAMS AND TRAINING SCHEDULES ARE EXPLAINED AND CAN BE CARRIED OUT WITH GUIDANCE. THIS CAN TAKE PLACE IN OUR CLINIC OR AT YOUR OWN SPORTS CLUB. THIS COACHING CAN ALSO BE COMPLEMENTED WITH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, NUTRITIONAL ADVICE.
